Official Group Rules

Please read carefully. By joining or participating in the group, you agree to follow all rules listed below. Violations may result in warnings, suspensions, or bans.

📌 General Guidelines
-
Shi'vali is a CLOSED species. You may not create your own. Shi'vali can only be obtained through official sales, events, or group-approved trades/breedings.
-
Participation implies acceptance of these rules.
-
Be respectful to all members. Harassment, name-calling, and hate speech will not be tolerated.
-
Do not steal, trace, or misuse others’ work. Always give proper credit.
-
Imports may only be reuploaded to sta.sh — not your public DeviantArt gallery.
-
Avoid “mini-modding.” Report issues via group notes or directly to staff.
-
Blocking any active admin may disrupt your rewards or gameplay.
-
“Call-out” or drama-based journals will result in a warning or ban.
-
Encourage and support one another. We're here to create and have fun together.

⚠️ 3-Strike Disciplinary System
-
Strike 1: Warning and possible temporary activity ban (days to weeks).
-
Strike 2: Final warning and extended ban (weeks to months).
-
Strike 3: Immediate ban. Admins may also issue a ban earlier depending on severity.

⛔ Ban Policy Overview
-
Your account is frozen and all of its contents frozen with it. No sales or trades will be honored from your banned date onward.

🛒 Sales & Advertisements
-
Do not sell slots from Shi’vali that haven’t completed the Ceremony of Unity (except when traded for CoU art/lit).
-
Always inform buyers of promised slots.
-
Keep detailed records of sales and agreements.
-
Ads including Shi’vali + other ARPGs are allowed; standalone other-ARPG ads are not.

🤝 Deal Etiquette (Community Conduct)
-
Clearly state your deal terms. Save all agreements and messages.
-
Keep your own archive of art/images for your Shi’vali.
-
Be polite and patient in communications. One reminder per month is sufficient.
-
You may cancel a deal, but notify the other party promptly and offer a resolution if needed.
-
Ensure both sides are satisfied and document the completed transaction.
